We don’t work with everyone - we want to partner with good people - but we are highly adaptable and work hard to really understand your business. This means we partner with a range of companies, including tech start-ups, fintechs, SME software companies and large insurance firms. We also have experience working with large media companies, global data analytics firms and global trading companies.

Typical Services

The format of our recruitment solution is completely tailored to your needs and constraints. We generally work on a Permanent Contingent basis - for Permanent roles, at no initial cost, we source and provide you with only high calibre, thoroughly-vetted candidates that are genuinely suitable for your requirement. We don’t send our invoice until the right person has started their first day of employment with you.

We often work on a Permanent Retained basis - where the client pays some or all of a pre-agreed fee ‘upfront’, with any outstanding balance paid upon successful completion of the assignment. In this scenario, we can offer an even more favourable price.

We can also assist with Contract roles.
